FAQsFAQHow can I reach a doctor after hours or on weekends? If you think you have a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately. If you have an important medical concern that does not warrant a call to 911 or a trip to the emergency room, contact our office at (734)282-3600. Our answering service will alert the on-call doctor. Please remember that the on-call doctor is available to respond to urgent situations in the hospital and important medical concerns over the phone. Please do not call the answering service for minor problems or questions that can be answered when the office is open. The on-call doctor will not refill prescriptions or prescribe medications over the phone. Who will take care of me during my pregnancy and delivery? You can see the provider of your choice based on your schedule and preferences. Some of our patients like to see several of our providers during their pregnancy, while others prefer to see only one. Our doctors rotate their on-call responsibilities for deliveries, so any one of them could be the doctor that delivers your baby. Which providers work at which office?Dr. Norlander and Nurse Practitioners Sandra Jensen and Mary Delucia see patients at our Southgate office only. Dr. Andary, and Nurse Practitioner Marlene Petrovich see patients at our Brownstown office only. Dr. Alaiwat sees patients at both offices. Regardless which office you usually visit, you can be seen by any of our providers at either office location. Which insurance plans do you accept?
